Change-of-mind returns (14 days)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original packaging

• The item is in resalable condition

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Due to the size and weight of some items, return shipping costs may be significant

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Bundled products sold at a discounted price (unless faulty)

• Products that have been assembled, installed, or used

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• We will arrange the correct item at no additional cost

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

• Product measurements and compatibility details are provided to help you choose correctly

• Items returned due to incorrect fit may be subject to a restocking fee where applicable
